Done Staffing is a women-owned small business that was officially founded in 2018, but our experience in the staffing industry dates back to 2010. Our founder, Maria Allen, gained valuable experience working as an HR Executive Manager for a prominent company, which led her to explore the world of staffing agencies as an opportunity to grow.
At Done Staffing, we pride ourselves on providing prompt and efficient service, personalized attention, expertise and knowledge, a friendly and approachable staff, and exceptional quality services to our clients. Our founder, Maria Allen, holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology and has more than a decade of experience working in human resources. Her passion for helping others and finding solutions to complex problems led her to pursue a career in staffing and personnel management. Through hands-on experience, ongoing education, and a deep understanding of the staffing industry, Maria has become an expert in her field.
