I believe that my team has the opportunity to work in a dignified way and be respected. I like to see them enjoy their work day and be ready for the next project. Happiness is health, happiness is harmony, and happiness is doing what you are doing with conviction, getting you closer to that goal of what really moves you.
My favorite phrase is “what I am doing right now moves me on my path toward my goals”. That phrase means I do everything I have to do because I know there is a goal of genuine happiness to reach.
